Warning to all new customers if you have planned to purchase their service from Verizon because this store the manager was very unprofessional, no customer service experiences, not professional with anything. It took me for 5 hours to just purchased iPhone 17pro. Their system were horrible and not helpful nothing!! WARNING!!!DON'T EVER GET PHONE FROM HERE.

I have been trying to solve an issue for months, on the phone for hours. and a phone customer service rep said to go in to see if they could help in store. I was told in store that unfortunately they could not solve my issue, but then Carlos stepped in and figured out a work around. It is such a great experience to have someone go out of their way. He overheard me and another associate, he could have let me walk out, but he jumped in and solved the problem. Thank you!!!

When I arrived, they entered the incorrect phone number and told me I couldn’t get in the account even though I created it. Then after entering the correct number, they told me it could only get a small discount of $200. Ended up upgrading online in the web portal while sitting inside their store and got $600 off with no help from this store. Why bother going in store?
