Terrible return policy and restocking fee. Buyers be aware of the this. If you are past the return policy they will try to get you to spend 50 bucks on some type of membership to return past the date. Just a bad business practice.

Recently contacted the Geek Squad in Santa Rosa CA and was very disappointed. As a Geek Squad member, requested service for my large screen TV and after paying an additional $103 for routine diagnostics (on top of my yearly membership) and being told there might be additional fees, I abruptly cancelled my appt. This is consumer theft and I will not be renewing my membership and will not purchase any future TV’s or appliances. A complete waste of my time!
