  5/5 Friendly Staff, they lookup my questions about Max book. 5/5 Product Selection. Has most of the working Apple Products. Good deal on iPad A16 $300, Neobook $600, M4 Air $850. 5/5 Unique Space with 20ft LED wall and other quirky shops 4/5 Parking

  Had an amazing experience with Zac today, such a pro and perfect customer service. But to backtrack. Dropped phone, was overdue for an upgrade. Went directly to my carrier AT&T & waited 30 minutes for a guy, then in another 10 minutes, discussed & finalized model to buy. Only the 2 latest models were available so not a big decision. Guy went to back room for too long, only to return with “sorry we’re out of that phone”. Dude, couldn’t we have started there? A complete waste of time. Back to Apple Store & Zac. Waited no time, courteously greeted, Zac came immediately to help, I had a phone through my carrier in 10 minutes. He then passed me into a colleague who would help me transfer data from old to new phone. That guy super busy but I was able to do the transfer pretty much myself (thank you Apple for making it easy for a technophobe) as poor guy had 4 customers at once. But he kept checking in on me to make sure I was okay. Thank you. So great job Apple Store & thanks Zac for making it so easy & pleasant! Do yourself a favor and skip the carrier, Apple has this good experience nailed!

  I had a very frustrating experience at the Apple Store on the Third Street Promenade. I actually came in ready to purchase a product. Before doing so, I wanted to address a previous experience and clarify information I had been given on an earlier visit. Instead of acting professionally and treating me with respect, the opposite happened. Steffon avoided directly answering my questions and kept redirecting the conversation with unrelated inquiries. I was trying to resolve a clear discrepancy between what I had previously been told and what I was now being told. There was no effort to reconcile the difference or provide clarity. When I realized the conversation was going nowhere, I asked to speak with someone else. I was told no one else was available. I then asked if I could speak with another associate at a different time, and Steffon stated he would not find someone else for me to talk to. Refusing to escalate or provide another point of contact is not acceptable customer service. I own almost every major Apple product and have been a loyal customer for years. I walked in prepared to spend money and left feeling dismissed instead. This review is the beginning of my escalation. I refuse to accept subpar service, especially from a brand that positions itself as premium. I expect this to be reviewed and addressed appropriately. Customers deserve professionalism and respect. This experience did not meet that standard.
