Made an appointment to have our laptops diagnosed. We thought we would drop them off and they woukd let us know the issue. NOPE..We stood there for a half an hour while they tried to figure out how they go about fixing our computers and then said they couldn't help us today and we would need to reschedule for another day. We won't be back.

We recently made a purchase for a TV for our office, the crew that came out was very informative, came in, assets the information, help us make a better decision on what we had originally planned for, (This helped us greatly) Completed the job, answered all our questions, and made sure the work area looked like they were never here. Was in the area and decided to go in person to ask if they had an item available. Had a hard time finding an employee. Ended up going to the computer section and asking a Dell employee if they were able to help me with checking stock on an item. He said yes and was told they don't have it in stock. Didn't check with a Best Buy employee, didn't check the back, and didn't check their computers if they have it. He didn't even offer to have the order be placed for me.
After I left, I decided to go through the app to see how long it'll take for delivery and saw that they did have it in stock as it was available for pickup...
