- EBErik BottemaDec 1, 20254.0Came on and bought a group 24 deep cycle for a dump trailer. Went home and battery was dead. Employee said they were closing so bring it back tomorrow. Brought it back and still needed to be charged. No discount, no credit for wasting my time and labor when I run a business. Well this replacement one lasted 2 year and it’s bad. Called and no prorations and 1 year warranty. Corporate reached out and told me to bring the battery to George at SFS location. While the battery wasn’t replaced for free (didn’t expect it), he did provide a significant price reduction which was supposedly at cost. Lesson learned, only speak to George as he is the one who can fix issues. I appreciate the help and did raise the review due to the business making an effort.
