    I was very satisfied with the service. It was quick, and the employee was friendly. I went in to fix an airflow issue with my vacuum, and the whole process took about 40 minutes. Since it was still under warranty, they replaced everything at no extra charge. I’m really happy with the experience.

    A very bad experience visiting this place. I understand that the procedures for checking a device are a process, but from the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly unhelpful and unresponsive. Finally, an assistant came out, and when I explained that I wanted my device checked because it wasn't working, he told me my product was counterfeit and that he couldn't inspect or touch it, even though it was genuine. They need to have good technicians who know a bit about the devices and the changes they've undergone. The service was terrible; they need to be more empathetic.
