This review is for the brand name. I have ordered parts for my vacuum hose, that the website advertises are for my model number. THE PARTS DON'T MATCH. Called customer service, the 2 different times, 2 different employees, "manually ordered the parts for my machine" WRONG!! I received the same wrong parts that don't fit the hose, 3 times! As a company, Dyson has let me down, I'm very disappointed. Now I have to struggle to return 8 parts, and they want you to take them to UPS and ask them to print my labels that Dyson emailed. Well I found out that UPS charges to print labels now. I'm out $415.00 that I hope and pray I get refunded. While the machines are new they work wonderfully, but if you ever need to order a replacement part, you will go through too much trouble, maybe Dyson is using this tactic to have people purchase another machine instead. Well the money I've spent so far it's a big waste and not worth it. Think about it twice about purchasing Dyson products.

there were 2 people in front, waited about 20minutes. i took my fan in due to some unusual noise but unfortunately, they weren’t able to figure out the issue, they did try cleaning the machine and was told it should be all good but that wasn’t the issue. had to send it back to their repair center.

First having one location in the LA/OC area is a joke. Having to drive over an hour to get to this gem isn't a treat. Our fan/humidifier was brought in for a very loud sound it would make. They kept it for over a week, and told me they couldn't replicate the problem. Odd, and very annoying obviously. So I leave work to take a 2hr round trip to pick it up. When you arrive, good luck in getting help. No one comes up, you don't have a bell to ring, anyone to call, but a tag on the wall to scan to ask for support. If your cell signal is terrible, good luck. All I wanted to do is pick it up. The first guy left because his shift was over, but couldn't be bothered to let someone know I needed help, and then had to basically yell the one guy down that did enter the room. He brought the fan out finally, but they misplaced my remote. They brought me another one, and it's not even my same remote of course. I get it home, the remote doesn't work, and now I have a faulty pump error. What in the world was the point of trying to get this fixed when they broke it further and lost my remote. Absolutely astonishing the amount of failures in this level of service. The online app isn't much better. Sitting with this expensive fan a year old that doesn't humidify anymore. TERRIBLE
