  Shoutout to Bobby! He made the 2 hour drive worth it. My stick vac randomly stopped working and I was on my third attempt to fix it. Bobby had it fixed within a matter of seconds, not joking. On top of being the Dyson whisperer, he gave me an additional charger just to cover all basis so I wouldn't have to make the drive again. Super happy with the service! Thank you, Bobby!

  I was very satisfied with the service. It was quick, and the employee was friendly. I went in to fix an airflow issue with my vacuum, and the whole process took about 40 minutes. Since it was still under warranty, they replaced everything at no extra charge. I’m really happy with the experience.
