  My parents recently visited this Cricket Wireless store just to ask some questions. They made it absolutely clear that they were not there to switch carriers—they just wanted to look around. But the employee (a young woman) kept pressing them to switch. They repeatedly said they were only browsing, but she persisted. To our shock, it turned out she used this pressure to take advantage. Without my parents’ authorization or consent, she obtained their porting info and initiated a transfer of their phone numbers to Cricket. They were never informed, never agreed! I’m deeply disappointed. Not only did this employee ignore my parents' refusal, but she also violated their trust and privacy. Fortunately, we discovered this early and were able to reverse the port. Overall: I DO NOT recommend this store. What started as an innocent visit turned into a covert porting scam—Cricket must do better to train store reps and respect customer choice!

  Rachel is the rudest and least helpful representative I’ve ever encountered. I went in to try to get some help on my account and the store was empty it was till I asked if they were open she came out of the back with a hostile attitude. I asked for help logging in to my account on my phone and I also asked her if she could help me check if my phone was al eligible to be unlocked and she said that that wasn’t her job and to call customer service instead. I visited another location and they helped me with everything.

  Store is under new management, if you had a bad experience before and you need some new phones or accessories i recommend you giving the store another chance . Rachel is so helpful takes her time with you gives great suggestions and i guarantee she will have you walking out a happy customer!!! Good Deals friendly service!! Come on in great job Rachel loved the fast customer service i received big thank you !
