I called ahead of time to make sure I could actually be able to walk in, I spoke with Bobby who was very kind and informative. He informed me that it was just him working that day so I might experience a wait. I brought a book to keep me busy. When I got there, there were maybe 2 people ahead of me. Make sure you have your product’s serial number before you go. There were QR codes posted on the walls which you scan to check in. I was really impressed with how quickly and efficiently Bobby helped everyone, and when he got to me he very quickly fixed my Dyson’s issue. There were SO many people who came in. I wish the store staffed more service people, not because Bobby didn’t efficiently help (he went above and beyond), but for the amount of money people are spending on products, I’d imagine they could afford more staff to support the people they do have on. I was told how to resolve my issue in the future and while I hope I don’t have to go back, I had such an easy experience I won’t mind.
First thing firstl, I have to admit that Dyson’s service is professional, efficient, and prompt. My hair dryer was repaired very quickly, and I’m very satisfied. However, could you please improve the queueing system? I arrived first and had already been waiting for thirty minutes when a man came in (about twenty minutes after me) and insisted he was there first. The staff member walked straight over to him and merely asked, “Which one of you was here first?” The man said he was first, but I pointed out that I’d been waiting for over thirty minutes, so I must have been here first. Oh my goodness, I swear to God I really was here first, but the staff member still served him first.😅

Shoutout to Bobby! He made the 2 hour drive worth it. My stick vac randomly stopped working and I was on my third attempt to fix it. Bobby had it fixed within a matter of seconds, not joking. On top of being the Dyson whisperer, he gave me an additional charger just to cover all basis so I wouldn't have to make the drive again. Super happy with the service!
