I didn't go inside. I made a online order and came to pick it up. Considering it was midday Sunday I had no wait. They brought it out within 2 mins of me arriving. Can't say much about the store but I appreciate how quick they brought it out.

Where do I even start? Best Buy’s customer service is an absolute nightmare. The agents have **zero problem-solving skills**—they read from a script, repeat the same useless lines, and couldn’t resolve a simple issue if their lives depended on it.
The call center is clearly outsourced to some **third-world operation** with agents who barely speak English, have no authority, and **no supervisor ever available** to escalate to. You’ll be on hold for 45+ minutes just to be told “we can’t help you” or “call back later.”
I’ll be thrilled when this dinosaur of a retailer finally goes bankrupt. **Just buy everything on Amazon or direct from manufacturers**—faster, cheaper, and infinitely less frustrating. Best Buy is a relic. Stay away.
