The manager couldn't resolve it and didn't even try to reassure us. She was just so rude and condescending. She made it obvious that she hates her job.
- SSseanziFeb 27, 20265.0Julie and the two young men at the front were AWESOME, they helped me find a few things, and my nephew (who unfortunately has a rare disease and doesnt have nearly as many fun days as a boy his age should) was bouncing off the walls when I told him I finally found what he was looking for! I've been looking for months, and they were so kind, other stores have been very cold-shoulder/rude (about a childrens game), but not Best Buy, these folks were great - helpful, personal, kind. Just the kind of employees you dont see much of anymore, the kind who dont see you as an annoyance, they see you as someone they can help (and even more rare - they want to help!). This rating goes all the way to 11 stars.
