  When I made the appointment online, they didn’t request any information about my cat from me, and this morning they made a call requesting the information and say jf i dont respond within an hour they’ll cancel my appointment. They were also asking for unnecessary information like address

  While Dr. Houweling provided excellent care for our dog, we were disappointed by the billing. A $165 charge for a heartworm test is significantly higher than the $65 $85 range quoted by nearby clinics and other VCA branches. This extreme price difference gives the impression that the initial 'free visit' is being subsidized by overcharging for standard services. We would love to continue seeing Dr. Houweling, but the lack of price consistency is a major deterrent for us.

  Thank you for the headstrong adversity you have shown me for the decision to be great and love above our normal standards . I was welcomed by your staff and the unity in togetherness to save the dignity of the little kitty I brought in with the lost life and the timing in mine as going tough in catfished tail's I felt happy to see help like myself. If pride is hanging out with the good in the world . The good of VCA Pet hospital is the best way to care for your pets and adorable people's lives Thank you again for being there.   New to the area. Had my first appointment for my dog. Annual exam and two vaccinations. Done. Good. But no, the up-sell here is heavy, so brace yourself. Persuaded me that my dog -- I love, of course, every dog parent loves their dog[s] -- needed blood work done. At some crazy cost -- hundreds of dollars. It's my boy and I said 'yes'. Am I sucker - yes? But I also feel totally duped. Called my two previous vets, who both told me this is a money-making sham. So BEWARE! They are waiting to suck $ our of your wallet. Oh, and BTW, total time with the vet -- maybe 7 minutes.
