The motor is defective — the vacuum turns on for a few seconds, then shuts off repeatedly. At the service store, I waited over 3 hours. I was first told the motor would be replaced for free, then they changed their story and said the warranty had expired by a month or two, so I must pay. Instead of properly fixing a clear product failure, they pushed me to buy a new vacuum with a 30% discount. No accountability, no real support — just another sales attempt. For a premium brand, this is unacceptable. I won’t be buying from Dyson again.
