- DNDavid NCR75 days ago1.0This is not acceptable at all, this happened to me many times and I’m not ever coming back to this location There’s plenty of employees just walking around and when u ask someone for help after being here on time for my appointment they just keep telling me the next employee will help you while the few employees are just talking to each others. And keep walking around for no reason . I’m very disappointed This not the way to handle customer service a great company just like apple does need to train their employees to be more serious and more professional and responsible I feel I’m dealing with ai robots people
- ZZzarianFeb 19, 20261.0THE laziest workers just tried to buy a charger, i ask an employee for assistance who was standing around doing nothing. he told me check out is at "pick up" which when i got there, i got told to find an employee on the floor. which makes sense because usually the employees on the floor are just able to check you out anyway just buy online, this store is just a demo room, the employees will not help you

I never had to return Apple products before but I had touch issues with a brand new 5 day old 17 pro and went there to exchange it for a new phone within the 14 day window. A manager named “Nayounj” or something behaved in a disgustingly dismissive way and was waving her sharp finger nails close to my eyes. These people don’t know how to respect personal space. Terrible products and terrible employees and the store was dirty too. I couldn’t sit on those dirty dusty chairs. No more business from me to this terrible company. Other brands are way better in both product and service for a fraction of the cost.
