  I called on Qualcomm as a Regional Sales Manager selling antenna and connector products for use in their mobile phones solutions from 1997 through 2001. We had several design wins with Qualcomm's handset division, Global Star and eventually Kyocera after the sale of Qualcomm's mobile phone division. On April 14, 2004, John DelMastro, Chief Legal Counsel for Qualcomm, purchased a house next door to me in Escondido, California. He placed his family pet, an Australian cattle dog named Sasha, outside to bark unabated from that day until January 10, 2009; the day I lost my home to foreclosure. Why?

  Extremely frustrated with the service at this store. I had an appointment to get my computer repaired. After waiting over 20 minutes after my appointment time, the technician checked the status of my computer and advised that it needed a new battery. They brought the battery out but said the computer had to be mailed in for repair and that they couldn't replace it at the store. It's been over a week and my computer is still at the store and has not been sent in for repair.

  Not customers friendly service. My bad experience will be remembered long time. For old macbook repair, they asked original invoice from apple issue. Other documents are not acceptable. Even though, all documents displayed all information for purchase proof. How ridiculus it is. The only acceptable is original invoice. Apple doesn't keep over 18 months invoices. I contacted several people with chat at apple.com. and barely could get old past invoice. Without original invoice, repair is not possible here. And, apple support webpage provide wrong repair status. Status said completed, ready to pick up for my case, but, in truth, it was refused to repair. Never mentioned repair was refused. UPDATE I provided original invoice from apple as a proof of purchase. Then, they said my macbook is too old and can't repair, and asked me from what vendor did you purchase? I asked from apple. And I showed him my privious repair work authorization and he just took my macbook. It was late 5 pm. Next day, in the morning, technician called me repair is not possible because of logic board failure. Logic board failure was caused firmware password lock issue? 🤣😂🤣 In the web status, repair completed, ready to pick up 🤣 I carried back my macbook to home, and I checked but not found any trial to repair.

  必须要评价一下，太麻烦了！ 我的手机是苹果16，我想更新到17。 my phone is eligible for an upgrade. 但是我的手机号在朋友的家庭计划里面，所以我升级手机时，手机号后面显示的是朋友的名字！工作人员必须要我的朋友在现场才可以升级，或者把我的手机号加入到授权用户里面，这样我的手机号后面就会显示两个名字。有我的名字后，我才能升级自己的手机，太麻烦了！我在苹果商店升级的话流程要简单的很多，来实体店后真的很麻烦，唉😮‍💨，我太累了😫

  Huge thanks to Louis and his manager, Kevin, at the Apple Store. Louis was the person who worked with us directly, and together they went above and beyond to help us fix a stressful last-minute issue — our online order with presents for our kids had been delayed by FedEx. They took ownership, made the right calls, and found a solution on the spot. It was a huge relief and truly saved our family celebration. Exceptional service, kindness, and professionalism. Highly appreciated.
