I was warmly greeted by sales associate Vivecca Brenneman . She helped me with a quick fix of my phone however it was uncertain how long it would last . While I was waiting we discussed currently deals and plans that would be more beneficial and less cost than my current plan. I appreciated that she provided all the necessary info without any pressure or obligation. She just provided the info for me to take home and think about it. We returned a few days later and upgraded our phones. Vivecca was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and professional She made the whole experience pleasant and transferred over all out necessary data
