    I don’t usually leave bad reviews, but I wanted to share this experience. While Brenda, Lui (manager), and Alfredo did make an effort to help, communication felt rushed at times, and there were moments where conversations were cut short while my employee was in the store working through a troubleshooting issue. The situation could have benefited from a bit more patience and clarity. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

    Verizon torturing me now Been a customer for more than 2 years , paying 110 $ for my iPhone and watch . But suspended, cancelled my service from the store on the phone after a painful long unnecessary conversation with the person on the phone while he was dragging his feet trying to convince me not to do so like if was supposed to be customer for life .the store manager called cops on me and had to beg the guy in the phone to hurry up cancel before cops show up . Finally he did and asked me to leave so I did . My phone got wet and wasn’t working properly so bought a new one , took me a couple of weeks to get new iPhone and didn’t use the phone that month even though I paid ! They surprised me by asking me to pay 180 following bill just because was kind of short so told them would pay 50 now and 60 in a week when get my paycheck . Was bit tight . Wasn’t happy and asked them to cancel ! Well ! They said ok . But kept charging me even if wasn’t using their service or number . Already switched to ATT cheaper and much better , paying 65 $ unlimited and it’s been faster and fine . They just sent me a bill 359 asking me to pay it they will wreck my credit score . Have conversation cancelation call recorded and video of my interaction with manager . Don’t know what to do . Worst experience with a phone company . Why would you keep charging after I cancelled because wasn’t happy with the rip off ??? Don’t like what they did . Bad .

    I visited this location because the phones listed on my account did not match the devices we actually have. We were attempting to correct the issue, but because I do not live in the same town as the line with the problem, we were unable to resolve it on our own. When I explained the situation, Albert, in a noticeably condescending tone, said, “You’ve had a year to fix this, haven’t you?” I was taken aback by his comment and remained quiet. I then asked if he could assist us, given that the issue was not our fault to begin with. Instead of offering clear guidance, he continued to deflect and insisted that the only option was for me to lose my phone number. It was only after I requested to speak to someone else that he suggested I call customer service. Customer service was significantly more helpful and was able to resolve the issue without the drastic measures Albert suggested. Although Albert eventually changed his tone, it came across as fake, and his overall behavior demonstrated a clear lack of professionalism. Overall, I left disappointed with the level of service provided by Albert, especially in contrast to the professionalism of customer service.
