First off, our Apple attended Angel was a godsend. He was able to upgrade my friends phone while diving into CPU/GPU specific talks/ comparison is M4 Max and M3 Mac Studio Systems, he even helped me discuss and decide if PC or Mac was the way to go for me. After he helped me, we moved to finalizing setting up my friend’s phone. Here, we were blessed with Teagan helping us through iCloud transfer and final setup needs. These guys know their stuff!!!! Truly the best experience I’ve had at an Apple Store, and walked away with very expertly given advice. And now have a plan of attack for my system upgrade. My friend is very happy with her upgrade as well. Please give these two gentlemen a raise!
