  This stores LIES about policies and "bundles add-ons" without the customers consent even after you ask what is the outrageous price for then they start stuttering lying about how you HAVE to have the highest plan, and you HAVE to put insurance, the phone is "free" all LIES I have spoke with corporate and filed a claim. This store prioritizes kickback money from excessive add-ons over the customer. Shame especially since the manager said she has been with the company 8 years 😬 so whose to say how many people she has scammed into thinking they HAVE to have all that BS so they can get paid more very sad.....SMH🤦🏾‍♀️

  Always out to lunch, unable to get service. I visited the a number of time and the store was closed.

  Went in for a claim on my phone.Employee that helped me pretty much told me to do it myself.called and my phone was on back order they said for 5-7 days then they changed it to 10.On top of that I have to pay a full 250 max charge for the claim for an iPhone 14 pro max while at Apple care my brother was able to resieve a phone in person as soon as he maid his claim for his iPhone 15 and was only charged 100$.HIGHLY would NOT recommend their insurance .Also I asked if I can swap the sim to my old phone for the time being so I can at least get calls and text and they said “it would ruin the insurance” so now I’m left without a phone or service for at least a week.
