- ARasap_j559 RuizDec 14, 20251.0Went in for a claim on my phone.Employee that helped me pretty much told me to do it myself.called and my phone was on back order they said for 5-7 days then they changed it to 10.On top of that I have to pay a full 250 max charge for the claim for an iPhone 14 pro max while at Apple care my brother was able to resieve a phone in person as soon as he maid his claim for his iPhone 15 and was only charged 100$.HIGHLY would NOT recommend their insurance .Also I asked if I can swap the sim to my old phone for the time being so I can at least get calls and text and they said “it would ruin the insurance” so now I’m left without a phone or service for at least a week.
