  What a scam, I've spent thousands with you guys are you still what to rip me off for $67.99!? I did the puppy plan with you guys and prior to our 1 year we questioned the adult plan and decided we didn't want it. We canceled prior to the 1 year and you guys still took the funds out of my account. And now you wanna play dumb!? It's not about the amount, it's the principle. We did what you guys asked and you still rip us off. So frustrating!

  The receptionist are horrible at costumer service, the nurses and vets are kind and very good, but the price is crazy! I went for a quick checkup on my cat, supposedly "free" which wasn't, which I kinda understand because they said is for first costumers, and I wasn't, but still their page where I did, didn't tell me that and just let me make an appointment without telling me anything! And I didn't mind paying, but for the little they did I do, they just took its temperature, vitals and weight her, that was all. And just for that it was $122!! I could have just do that in my own and it would have been less expensive, didn't check her teeth, or anything! But they did tell me about the vaccines she needed and told me about the prices beforehand so I appreciate that, but still, too pricey for the little checkup they did. The vaccines prices are not bad, the rabies one was a little expensive for 3yrs $185 and the FVRCP was very affordable for 3yrs $56! So overall good, the receptionist just very unkind, and very pricey consultations!

  Dr. Shirk and her staff at VCA San Martin did a wonderful job caring for my nervous Toy Poodle, Lily. She was diagnosed with Pyometra and needed emergency surgery. They were quick to take my call to bring her in which I appreciated. They gave me a detailed summary of services and made sure to not charge me any extra diagnostic tests that were previously performed by urgent care from another hospital. The team was so caring and explained every step going forward. I am so grateful I was referred to VCA and I will gladly share my positive experience here. Glad to post she is doing well, thriving and back to her usual happy self!

  My family had to make the difficult decision to put our dog to sleep recently. The VCA team made the process very comfortable, were clear on every step in the process and provided amazing care to our golden. Thank you for everything
