- RLRalph LittonDec 2, 20251.0Do not recommend. This store is a third party store and twice I've found it to be dishonest and unprofessional. My last experience I received a notification that I could trade in my old phone and upgrade to a new phone, which I agreed to do. After they transferred the data to my new phone they told me I could keep the old phone for 30 days to make sure everything transferred correctly. When I brought my old phone back for the trade in they said very rudely "we don't do that here anymore" and told me to go to another Verizon store. The clerk would not even look up my account. I called and found out that they had charged me for a new phone and never did a trade in deal. I called Verizon and they sent me to the Lake Street store in Pasadena. They are an actual Verizon store and professional. I do not recommend this third party store.
