Oh Gerald they were all so sweet and accommodating. I would strongly suggest going into this location in meeting all those nice individuals.

Instead of having the process, explain to me, the employee told me to take a picture of a product with no information of what website I was to use for the next step. When I asked what the procedure was, the employee was annoyed that I wanted to explained to me. Then they tried to sell me a new screen protector, even though I have a warranty for a replacement. The two employees that were working, will make me never come to the store again. Horrible customer service.

They rotated when more people came into the store, and I know that it’s my responsibility now to send the old iPhone to Verizon Returns Dept.
