When the option for Hulu was brought up we mentioned that we were going to do it in the future since we already pay for the service and want to know how the merger would impact our access. Adame said he would print a quote to show us what our bill would look like in the future so we knew what our monthly bill would look like. Little did I know that he was adding it to the one line that would not have data access. Found out after we got home that our next bill would have this service billed even after we declined. Definitely won't return to this location after that shadey behavior.

Let me tell you Gerald they were all very nice in there and I remember each one of their names. Great location I will only get my mobile cellular phone from this retail store.

Told "NO", but I could get roaming for $20 each day - if used or not. Too expensive. Checked on My Verizon - find I already have roaming & data at no additional cost. Bad info given by the store rep.

The store manager at this location sat with us and made sure our charger worked and the gizmo was working before he let us go. Nailik. I believe i spelled it right.
