  Geek Squad deserves a big round of applause for their exceptional assistance in resolving my dad’s personal computer issues. My dad enjoys an annual membership that provides comprehensive coverage for all his devices. The Geek team members are not only professional but also incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. We highly recommend their services to anyone who encounters technical difficulties or seeks guidance on troubleshooting problems. Geek Squad is located inside Best Buy. They have plenty of free parking and wheelchair accessible as well.

  I don't want to leave a negative review, but I am incredibly disappointed with the state in which my tower was returned to me upon my last visit. I'm giving 2 stars because every time I've gone into the store, the people working at the counter have been pleasant and I've usually had fine experiences with laptops I've brought in. However, I brought in my tower for overheating issues and opted to get it cleaned while it was there since I didn't have the time to handle it myself. Immediately upon getting it back and plugging it in, it had a variety of problems that were not there before that made my tower borderline unusable at times. When I opened my tower with a friend, we found that my GPU, CPU, power unit, and rear fan were all not plugged back in all the way. These are pieces that should not be jiggled loose by the short car ride back home. There needs to be better quality control to assure that people do not receive their systems back in this condition, especially since most people using this service don't have the technical knowledge to identify these problems on their own.

  Buying a new computer because your old trusted one refuses to turn on anymore - can be a daunting task ..... Enter the Geek Squad in San Luis Obispo. I was lucky to be next in line for their Tech "Jay" who was quite impressive. He is extremely knowledgeable and has a fast "processing speed" - understanding what you need and what products they have to fulfill your need. But best of all, not losing any of my files transferring my data over from the dead computer to the new one. Phew... and though I miss my old computer, I do love my new computer..... :)
