- KKKelseyAug 22, 20252.0I don't want to leave a negative review, but I am incredibly disappointed with the state in which my tower was returned to me upon my last visit. I'm giving 2 stars because every time I've gone into the store, the people working at the counter have been pleasant and I've usually had fine experiences with laptops I've brought in. However, I brought in my tower for overheating issues and opted to get it cleaned while it was there since I didn't have the time to handle it myself. Immediately upon getting it back and plugging it in, it had a variety of problems that were not there before that made my tower borderline unusable at times. When I opened my tower with a friend, we found that my GPU, CPU, power unit, and rear fan were all not plugged back in all the way. These are pieces that should not be jiggled loose by the short car ride back home. There needs to be better quality control to assure that people do not receive their systems back in this condition, especially since most people using this service don't have the technical knowledge to identify these problems on their own.
