I would have hoped he would have tried harder to help me keep my money with Best Buy, over something sold by Best Buy (not a 3rd party, like he claimed) and have in stock, but it looks like it's going to an online retailer; like everyone else.

Samantha S., a Verizon employee stationed inside this Best Buy, did a great job of helping me help my aunt get a great promo on her new Pixel phone, switch plans to something better suited for her needs, de-activate unused lines and made sure my Best Buy membership perks applied to my aunt’s phone. Unlike a lot of mobile phone store employees (including a Verizon employee at the Mill Street store, who mansplaining, tried to rush us and didn’t know what he was talking about), Samantha checked policies and details of the plan carefully, answered every single question we had about the peculiarities of our complex plan, and even followed up the next day to confirm the right discount had been applied to my aunt’s account. Amazing!
