    They never answer their phones and it keeps looping to the main apple line so I showed up on a Sunday hoping to just walk in as I’ve done in Sacramento, San Francisco, and Fresno despite saying no appointments available online. Fine, they couldn’t take me in. Ended making an appointment online for the next day. Again tried to call ahead of time to see if they can still honour my appointment as I was projected to be late, but they couldn’t be bothered to tend to their phones. Ironic for a company selling phones. Got there and of course they couldn’t honour my appointment because I was a few minutes late and I was already frustrated trying to drive around looking for parking. I’ve been to this location before to buy an iPad and the fact that I had to get staff attention because the they were busy talking to each other is indicative of the type of service they aim for. At this point, I’d rather drive to LA than striking luck here.

    Always a smooth experience at this location. Product pickup is a breeze and staff was very helpful setting up a new device even on a very busy product release day. In the past, staff has informed me about product discounts I was unaware of.

    I arrived today for a scheduled 12:05 PM battery service appointment. Despite having booked in advance, I was redirected multiple times between staff members and asked to scan several different QR codes. After the third code, I was told to wait for a “genius” to review my phone. During this time, staff repeatedly attempted to upsell me on phone upgrades and data plans, which felt unnecessary and unsolicited. By 12:35 PM, I was finally seen by a genius, asked to scan yet another code, and then informed that the battery for my iPhone 13 was not in stock. I was advised I would need to return in at least three days once the part arrived. Slightly aggrieved, I asked whether a discount or courtesy item, such as a screen protector, could be provided to offset the inconvenience of driving 30 minutes each way and waiting another 30 minutes in-store for something that could have been communicated ahead of time. My request was rejected and the genius stated since they’re “smallest store in the country” these things happen. To make matters worse, I was given no written confirmation of the need to return or that the part would be ordered.

    I had a very disappointing experience at your store. When I arrived, several employees were standing around, but when I asked one for help with my phone, she gave me incorrect information. Another employee was then called over, and not only confirmed the wrong information but also had a noticeably poor attitude, making it seem like he did not want to assist me. He told me I should call Apple customer support, and when I asked if in-store assistance was available, he said yes but only if I scheduled an appointment. I was surprised that I would need an appointment when several (at least 5) employees were standing around and there were only a couple customers in the store. Also, I was just asking them to check my phone settings to see if they were set up correctly for imessaging. At that point, I left because it was clear I was not going to receive help. I then called Apple customer support, and they resolved the issue in less than 10 minutes. The lack of effort and professionalism in the store was very frustrating, especially compared to the excellent service I received over the phone.

    Worst customer service! I have been transferred to many people just to answer a simple question then i get disconnected and i have to call back and go through what i need to know all over again. The man i talked to tonight needs better phone manners ..
