  This apple store is the worst. We bought a phone in early January and returned it about a week later. They never sent the information to AT&T so we are still paying for a phone we returned, and we are unable to get a new phone. It is now March, it has been 2 months and we are still paying for a phone we didn't receive. The managers won't return phone calls after calling in multiple times. We have tried getting "escalated" but it has been over 10 days and we only heard back about it after calling the store directly, after the escalation. This place is very poorly run.

  Terrible experience I think I’d rather drive to Santa Barbara or LA to their Apple stores I went the other day to check to see if I could get my phone fixed they didn’t have anymore appointments which was fine. Then scheduled today for a 4:20 was 10 minutes late because I was trying to find parking, my appt was cancelled so they backed my appointment all the way to 7. Then the Genius Bar guy says that he’s never seen an iPhone be repaired the same day after 1:00. And that I would either need to leave my phone overnight which absolutely not okay with or need to come BACK AGAIN another day to drop it before 1. I’m not sure why the regular employees in Apple didn’t say that from the get go a big WASTE of time. Never again.

  I bought a couple thousand dollars worth of equipment. After they got my money, they were mostly too busy to answer my questions. Got passed around and neglected, but had one good older guy at the end who knew his stuff and salvaged the two stars. One guy with a mask and gold chain had a bad attitude and I told him to get me someone who was interested in helping me. He scurried away and I finally got some help. The whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth.
