I came in ready to purchase a $1,500 iPad in cash, but was turned away at the door by the greeter because I had my scooter with me. I simply asked if I could leave it inside while I made the purchase so I wouldn’t have to worry about it, but instead of working with me, I was refused service altogether. It’s disappointing that a store would turn away a serious customer over something that could have been resolved in a few minutes. I was ready to buy on the spot, but ended up leaving without making the purchase. Hopefully management can take a look at how situations like this are handled in the future.

They never sent the information to AT&T so we are still paying for a phone we returned, and we are unable to get a new phone. It is now March, it has been 2 months and we are still paying for a phone we didn't receive. The managers won't return phone calls after calling in multiple times. We have tried getting "escalated" but it has been over 10 days and we only heard back about it after calling the store directly, after the escalation. This place is very poorly run.
