I went in and told the Cricket representative my situation, his name was Sam. I asked for a recommendation for an affordable phone within my budget. Sam showed me different options, was patient with me when I asked alot of questions and helped me learn the difference between the brands . In my time there, I was impressed that he even learned a few words in Spanish to better cater to monolingual Spanish speakers that entered right after me. Thank you Sam for your support. I'm happy I got a new phone .It takes good pictures
