This office has very kind, helpful, knowledgeable and empathetic staff. It has been easy to email them for concerns, advice and prescriptions. I took our cat for a lesion and before the test results they already predicted it was ringworm, so we were already set with medication. Another time I called concerned about our cat’s urinary blockage and they provided a helpful answer over the phone. As they are popular appointments usually cannot be booked right away (usually 1-2 weeks out), but it is easy to do with the vca app.

Most probably ran by employees who do not care enough!! 1- our dog developed life threatening situation- this place said they are unavailable for next 4 days due to staff unavailability!! We have been their client for years! 2- we usually wait for 20-30 mins to see doctor. We were late for 11 minutes and rude client coordinator cancelled our appointment and said too late- not acceptable!! Their previous app was no show- sh they were free. They cancelled us- so again free. They don’t mind losing business that way- employee run program with no real accountability.

I am so very appreciative of Dr. Alisa Shen and staff for their excellent care of my kitty Scout as she crossed the Rainbow Bridge. I will never forget their care and kindness. Thank you.

I’m writing this with a heavy heart. I brought my dog, Cody, to Pinnacle for a procedure that required sedation. Tragically, Cody did not survive. This has been one of the most devastating experiences of my life. Cody wasn’t just a pet, he was my soulmate. Due to severe childhood trauma, I’ve always struggled to feel safe in human relationships. Animals have been my sanctuary, and Cody was the one who soothed my soul. He was my constant, my comfort, and my emotional anchor. What made this loss even more painful was how the clinic handled the aftermath. I was rushed through the grieving process and only allowed to hold Cody for 15 minutes after he passed. I could have held him for hours. That time was sacred to me, and I’ll never get it back. To make matters worse, the clinic was quick to ask for my credit card, even while I was still in shock. They also made decisions about Cody’s urn and after-death arrangements without consulting me properly; choices that were deeply personal and should never have been made without my input. I later learned that the clinic failed to follow their own corporate screening protocols before sedating Cody. This raises serious concerns about their standards of care and accountability. While I understand that medical procedures carry risks, I feel that I was not adequately informed or supported. I trusted the clinic with Cody’s life, and I’m left with grief, unanswered questions, and a sense of betrayal. I hope the clinic takes this incident seriously and reviews its protocols—not just for medical safety, but for how they treat grieving pet owners. We deserve transparency, compassion, and dignity when saying goodbye to those we love most.
