  Horrible experience here and extremely overpriced. They also made a mistake on my dogs prescription and would not change it after I drove all the way there because they only had one vet working and were too busy. Avoid at all cost!

  I wanted to take a moment to share my recent experience at your clinic, as I feel it's important for you to be aware of how your current policies and staff interactions are impacting your clients. Unfortunately, I left feeling frustrated and disappointed with the level of service I received, which is a stark contrast to how things used to be at your facility. I arrived for my appointment only to find out about a five-minute grace period, which I was never informed about beforehand. When I showed up just one minute past this window, I was immediately turned away and asked to reschedule. This felt especially unfair considering that, on other occasions, I have waited several minutes in the lobby without any concern from the staff. If I am delayed because staff is assisting other clients, the time comes out of my appointment, but when I am late—even by a single minute—the consequences are much harsher. My interaction with Kim at the front desk left a particularly negative impression. She was unprofessional, argumentative, and unwilling to help, which added to my frustration. Thankfully, Tai was there and demonstrated professionalism and class, and I truly appreciated her approach. However, Dr. Olszewski refused to see me due to being one minute past the grace period—even though my appointment was for my senior dog who recently suffered a seizure. Shame on you! It felt as though the wellbeing of my pet was secondary to the strict enforcement of time, which is very disappointing. I hope you will reconsider your policies and communication with clients, and ensure your staff is consistently professional and compassionate. I would urge anyone seeking care for their pets to look elsewhere unless there is a significant change in how clients are treated.

  Make sure to show up 45 minutes early. If you show up on time staff will turn you away and make you reschedule. If you have to wait because staff is talking to another person it comes at your cost. I was 2 MINUTES late and had to reschedule. There was NO ONE in the lobby or parking lot . But yet had to reschedule. Would rather go to piedmont animal hospital. Doctor actually cares for his patients and it’s low cost.

  Went in for the first time and didn't get the free exam even though I was a first time client. Charged me $130 for 15 mins.
