- MMMark MirigianMar 16, 20155.0Went in with a broken laptop spacebar on the keyboard and instead of making into a big deal and sending it out for repair, a Geek Squad rep, Billy, fixed in 5 minutes himself. Then, the managers were able to replace the extended 2-yr warranty with the accidental damage warranty that I had asked for upon purchase with some creative accounting (refunding the laptop, then repurchasing it with the new damage coverage). Great experience.
