The whole process of setting up the service, getting it covered by mfr warranty, and picking up the laptop after repair was smooth. i would have given 5 stars if the communication was a little better as to when the laptop arrived at the store and was ready for pickup. It took 3 days after it arrived at the store for me to find it that it was ready for pickup, only after i called to check again. Otherwise, geek squad was great in helping me out with the whole process.
