Usually, troubleshooting phones and technology is like second nature to me. I'm team Google all the way. I have android phones but my parents have Apple phones. This one day, my Mom's iPhone stopped working and was stuck in accessibility move for blind people. It started acted weird because I couldn't get out of accessibility mode. I tried all the steps Google showed me, and still I had no luck. I called Apple Care and the steps didn't help me get the phone into a functioning state. Apple Care suggested that I go to Best Buy because they have Apple Care. Thankfully, Donald was a genius and got me into my Mom's phone in five seconds. My Mom was elated.

I demanded a refund, and left the store on satisfied. I ended up purchasing and upgrading the computer at a local computer store for $40 less.
