We were in the market for a new TV, after wandering around for a bit a young lady (Jasmin) approached very casual and respectful asking if we needed help, she did a great job asking the right questions on what we were looking for, we ended up with the right TV that works perfectly in our living room. If you're ever in need of a new TV or sound system, I highly recommend asking for Jasmin at the Plant location, we'll be back when our electronic needs arise, thank you. 😊

This was my second visit to this store, and apparently I accidentally signed up for the “Stand in the Hallway and Reflect on Life” experience again.
There were plenty of staff members available — unfortunately, they seemed fully unaware about customers. Meanwhile, I was on a 30-minute quest to find someone to unlock the earbuds.
The first time I came for earbuds? Same story.
The second time I came for earbuds? Sequel: The Waiting.
At this point, I feel like I should bring snacks and a camping chair if I ever decide to try for round three. You see the staff gossiping losing time from afar and them not approaching to help their customers. It speaks volumes of the type of administration this store has.
Customer service: missing in action.
Hallway standing endurance: greatly improved.

I went there to pick up a sound bar I bought online. I had a great conversation with some audio experts there and decided to buy something else. At the pickup window, I told them I didn't want to pick up the speakers I had bought. I was told that the order would automatically be cancelled after a few days. I purchased the store's protection plan and contributed to their charity which trains youth in vocational programs and left. A few days later, I got a notification that the sound bar was picked up and that I was charged for it. I called them but was told that the store didn't pick up phone calls and I had to go there in person to resolve it. I don't have time to resolve a theft or fraud so I didn't go back.

Dear Best Buy on Curtner Ave, I had a tremendously helpful and positive experience thanks to two hard working employees in the laptop department named Danny and MiaBella. Once I approached the department, I was automatically greeted with assistance (along with another customer right next to me) so they’re both on top of their task responsibilities when it comes to working. Both of them carry a professional yet welcoming attitude, which makes them approachable for any questions. They both help each other out in diverse ways, whether confirming questions for different clients or translating for customers in Spanish. Technology can be confusing, but knowledgeable service like theirs make it less frazzling. You also know they’re genuine about their sales, when they show you proof on how a specific product works in front of your face like the speed/memory of a laptop. As a grateful customer, I just wanted to shed this acknowledgment and reassure the management how you hired some great staff members and have an excellent team.
