    My screen needed to changed and I went there they were busy with only 2 people were helping in the front. It took me while but they were able to help. FYI if you need something from The store please check it online if they have it in store.

    Best Buy is a horrible store. I tried to call to see if they had a product for me to demo at the store, but instead of being connected directly to the store I was brought to a gentleman in India who had no idea what was going on in the store. I was then transferred to another gentleman who also is in India who had no clue. The issue is all I needed was one person at the store to talk to. I just needed to know if they had a demo product so I could go down and spend my nearly $1000 on the item. The store itself may be great but I will never know because I could not talk to one person there. In the end I guess capitalism is destined to fail because of the greed of corporate america.
