  01/07/2026- I Just Went in to get airpods the guy who help me get the AirPods out the case was nice . But the cashier saw me waiting for 10 mins behind the other customer she was helping . Then she takes the person next to me that JUST WALKED UP after I was in line longer and tells me she has priority. This is ridiculous. NEVER GOING BACK TO THIS LOCATION EVER AGAIN !

  I like the environment, also, the employees ask you if you need something! And if you say no, they say that they will be there for you

  Came in for a TV. Josh was incredibly helpful and answered all of questions and helped me find the TV that worked for my budget and the quality I was looking for. He even helped me carry the TV to the car (twice- as I had to go back home to get the SUV). Would absolutely come here again.

  My first experience at this Best Buy location was excellent. I visited specifically to pickup a laptop for my son to use for his upcoming finals, and I was able to secure a great deal on an open-box HP model. ​The staff members were friendly and helpful throughout the shopping process. ​The store offers plenty of parking, making the visit convenient and stress-free. ​The location is well-organized, with a vast selection of electronics beyond just computers. ​Overall, it was a successful first trip to this store, and the helpful service ensured I found exactly what we needed in time for finals week.

  I originally had an appointment to replace the OEM radio on my car, including all the necessary accessories, scheduled for a Saturday. Due to a conflict, I had to reschedule for a weekday. When I arrived at 9 a.m., it became clear that the employee who helped with the rescheduling hadn’t transferred all the items I had already purchased for the installation. This caused a 20-minute delay while the technician, Mike, had to sort everything out. Despite the mix-up, Mike handled the situation with professionalism and efficiency. He identified what was missing, coordinated the necessary parts, and got the installation back on track. His calm, knowledgeable approach turned a frustrating situation into a smooth experience. Mike is a true professional, and I really appreciate his attention to detail and customer-first attitude. Highly recommend Mike for your car stereo and installation.
