    Time to upgrade my iPhone! It's been three years. I wanted the iPhone 17 Pro Max so I tried to reserve it online and it told me that wasn't possible. OK. I took a chance and came to the store and right away, I'm greeted by friendly people who want to help! Yes, absolutely. They have the phone in stock and I can leave with it today! I'm handed off to an order specialist who processes my order in under five minutes. So far, we are setting a record for speed and friendliness. Phone in hand I am moved back to the folks who handled the phone migration. These people are smart and skilled. In no time at all, my phones are talking to each other and migrating into the new phone. The workers are friendly and engaging and I'm feeling good about my expensive purchase. I decide to get a case and the worker takes care of that as well. I strike up a conversation with a retired gentleman next to me who's doing the same thing and we talk for about 20 minutes while our phones work some magic. Before I know it I'm done and out the door with my phone in case in a very nice little bag. This was an incredibly positive buying experience. They just shows me why Apple's market cap is so high. I only wish I could've chosen and reserved the phone online to know that it would be there waiting for me.

    My phone 14 pro max was completely dead and unable to power on. I suspected battery replacement as it might have deep discharged. But i was told it is port issue and board issue and would cost 500 dollars. Such a pathetic diagnostics done and had to redo the diagnostics outside which was determined battery is the issue. Cant believe staff at store not able to get the device up when someone can do it outside in 20 mins. This resulted in having unbranded battery for my phone now. Never expected this from APPLE. Person beside me got free fast charging adapters for waiting time taking longer. First diagnose the issue of customers such a mess apple. Brand image is being let down by people working for you

    I brought in my iPhone for repair after it unexpectedly failed in under a year. When I returned for repair, I waited over three hours before the device was returned to me. Unfortunately, the most troubling part came afterward: the eSIM had been damaged during the repair process, leaving my phone unable to connect to cellular data. This was an incredibly stressful and frustrating situation, made worse by the fact that no one informed me of the issue in advance. The lack of communication, professionalism, and competence displayed by the staff was deeply disappointing and far below the standard I expected. This experience has significantly shaken my confidence in Apple’s service and brand. It was, without question, an extremely upsetting experience.
