  I had a very disappointing experience with Apple Support regarding my iPhone 17 Pro, which is less than two months old and already experiencing issues. Instead of receiving proper help under the warranty, I was met with rude and dismissive behavior from support advisors. One advisor even called me “stupid,” which was shocking and completely unprofessional. I followed every troubleshooting step they asked for and provided screenshots and proof of the issue. At one point they even asked me to repeatedly take photos and send updates, which felt like they were wasting my time rather than resolving the problem. Despite the device being well within the warranty period, Apple refused to properly honor the warranty by repairing or replacing the phone. As someone who has purchased many Apple products over the years—and even as a shareholder—this level of customer service was extremely disappointing. Apple products are expensive because people expect quality and strong customer support. Unfortunately, this experience did not reflect those standards. Unless Apple resolves this issue, I will seriously reconsider purchasing Apple products in the future.

  My 5 minute appointment took over an hour for someone to come ask if I’d been helped at all, during a day that was not busy. I was checked in already too, and I did make an appointment the day before. It gets done when they finally notice and ask, but they seem to avoid me.

  I took my phone to the Apple Store yesterday for a battery replacement and the tech broke it in the process, which led to me getting a new version of my phone ☹️ But it was a very frustrating experience as they kept me waiting 40 mins after pick up time before they told me what happened to my phone and that they'd be providing a new one. They said to come back anytime today to get the new one but I ended up going to the store twice because it wasn’t at the store yet when I went in the morning and they said to wait for a phone call (which wasn’t mentioned to me yesterday). I went back up again after I got the call and when I asked why I still needed to pay for the battery replacement since they broke my original phone they said "you would've needed to pay for the battery regardless." Very poor experience overall.

  Apple all ways has great service , it is just so impersonal now . You use to go and get help with any problem you have with their devices , now it’s only one issue for your appointment and that is it ,you have to book a separate appointment so you sit there and wait hours for another appointment or come back another day
