  Brenda and Luis were both extremely helpful in helping me get my new phone and keep my same number. They worked with me and my budget and they showed compassion and empathy. As a transgender woman I also felt very welcomed and safe during the entire interaction. My girlfriend and I felt safe and they even offered a gift for my 3 yr old son which meant the world to our family. Thank you Brenda and thank you Luis!
