- ASAlice SweetDec 7, 20251.0I drove up to go inside but EVERYTHING was in Spanish! I’m not sure if that’s by design but it pushes a lot of people away! San Jacinto isn’t a monolithic community! It’s actually very diverse and to only advertise in Spanish blasting on Spanish music shows you only want one demographic! Not fair at all!

She constantly talks down to you refuses to explain policy and even tried to trespass us from the store for trying to exchange phones that she claimed weren’t in stock at her store or any other in the area when I called the San Jacinto store the manager there said to return to daisys store and that the exchanges would be done under crickets 7 day return policy but due to the managers attitude and insistence on continuing to talk down to me she stated she couldn’t do anything and refused us service even trying to trespass is from the store. Once we were outside she came out and made a snarky comment about me living with my parents then started to film us and continuing to mock us. The only thing I wanted to do was to resolve the issue and we were treated to the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced
