- AKAngelica KoobJul 19, 20251.0The manager daisy Valdovinos is the most horrible choice to represent this company. She constantly talks down to you refuses to explain policy and even tried to trespass us from the store for trying to exchange phones that she claimed weren’t in stock at her store or any other in the area when I called the San Jacinto store the manager there said to return to daisys store and that the exchanges would be done under crickets 7 day return policy but due to the managers attitude and insistence on continuing to talk down to me she stated she couldn’t do anything and refused us service even trying to trespass is from the store. Once we were outside she came out and made a snarky comment about me living with my parents then started to film us and continuing to mock us. The only thing I wanted to do was to resolve the issue and we were treated to the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced
