I am very disappointed with my recent experience at this Verizon store. We waited for about 20 minutes, and there was only one employee working with a single customer. No one acknowledged us, offered help, or even estimated how long the wait would be. Eventually, we just left because it was taking too long. This is not the level of service I expected from Verizon.
