  DON’T go here! Total sales scams! All i wanted to do was bring my father over from AT&T, trade his phone in and get the top plan…apparently that wasn’t good enough for “Mikey”. His whole attitude changed and was completely unprofessional when i told him my 80 year old father didn’t need screen protectors and new case…also just wanted us to buy the phone first and do trade in later…why? Well it will take an hour to transfer from his old phone to new one…wait, don’t you charge me $50 to do that? Which is also not disclosed…I literally needed to walk out bc Mikey was going to make a simple transaction so difficult bc you could tell he wasn’t going to make enough off of it…basically just told us to leave. What a joke. Way to live up to all the stereotypes of cell phone salesmen…

  I had an outstanding experience at the Verizon store on Sloat Blvd, thanks entirely to Sarron. From the moment I walked in, he welcomed every customer with genuine warmth and professionalism. His customer service is truly top-tier—he took the time to listen carefully, addressed every issue with patience and care, and made sure nothing felt rushed or overlooked. What impressed me most was his ability to troubleshoot long-standing issues I had been dealing with for quite some time. Sarron successfully resolved problems with my eSIM, messaging, email, and several other related issues that others had been unable to fix. His technical expertise and depth of knowledge were evident throughout the process, and he explained everything clearly and confidently. Beyond his technical skill, Sarron’s personable nature and strong client interaction made the entire experience stress-free and genuinely pleasant. He is a valuable asset to Verizon, and I sincerely hope he receives recognition for his hard work and dedication. If you visit the Sloat Blvd location, you’re in excellent hands with Sarron - he is an absolute pleasure to work with!

  My experience with Verizon’s reps was awesome. They were knowledgeable, patient along with great customer service. They explained all the new features about my 17 Pro Max while transferring my data. My representative’s name is Samar who is responsible for making it butter smooth!
