He was very knowledgeable and made the process as quick as possible. His care and attention to detail made me very happy with my choice to be at verizon. Thank you to both of them!

Despite that, the rep added insurance I specifically did not ask for and signed my business up for a hotspot line I never approved. Like most Verizon sales experiences, everything was smooth while signing up — “take my number, I’ll help you out” — but once I followed up with questions and asked to fix the issues, communication stopped completely. What’s frustrating is that this is a corporate store, not an authorized reseller, so this reflects directly on Verizon. Small businesses rely on accuracy and transparency, and this experience felt more like upselling without consent than actual support. I’m now spending time undoing charges and services I didn’t request. Disappointing experience overall.
