    I came to Verizon today to buy a new phone, but the experience was extremely disappointing. The employee’s attitude was unprofessional and dismissive — he actually stopped me from completing my purchase and left me waiting for over 30 minutes with no explanation or assistance. I ended up wasting my time and walking out without the phone I came for. Experiences like this are exactly what make customers switch away from Verizon.

    Greatly professional team. My special thanks go to Brandon who was very knowledgeable, patient, and kind. I purchased a new line after his long and clear explanations about the plan and payment options, and regulations. My new account set up was also very smoothly done. He was very helpful. Large and clean store with a large selection of accessories etc.

    People here are useless. Especially the store manager today, Ferdinand Arellano. They didn't resolve my issue and were insulting in their behavior and actions (I had an appointment and Mr. Arellano didn't bother to meet with me for nearly an hour). Verizon customer service is the worst.

    What an amazing experience with Jahkari. Walked in with a broken phone while on a business trip and immediately he had me up and running with all discounts and upgrades applied in a very short time. Simply Outstanding Customer service at its best and the great reason why I continue to shop Verizon First.
