Customer service said they could not cancel our service on the phone. Directed us to any store to do so. Arrived at Lombard who indicated they could not cancel our wifi service or accept the equipment back.
Lombard redirected us to another store (Van Ness) they ASSURED us could take back the wifi equipment. The Van Ness store could not and redirected us back to the original store (Lombard).
On hold with customer service again trying to cancel and get directed to another store. They again directed us to Van Ness!
Classic corporate runaround with inconsistent info provided by different reps...wasting tremendous time.

Going to the cell phone store is on the bottom of the list of things I want to do in life, but my experience here at this location dealing with Lulu was exceptional. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and went absolutely above and beyond in her service. The device I wanted was not available in store and I was leaving for a trip the next day. Lulu not only checked the inventory of other Bay Area stores, but also called to verify a store with low inventory actually had the units available. When I told her I didn’t have a car and was unable to visit the other location, she offered to personally pick up the device for me. It turned out the device was not available at the other store, it was reserved for someone else, so she suggested I go to the Apple Store around the corner to look at other device options in person before rushing into a decision. In the end, I was able to get the device I needed, and get a great deal thanks to Lulu‘s knowledgeable support on how to get the best pricing given my situation. I highly recommend this location for all your mobile phone and Verizon needs!

DJ helped me switch from AT&T to Verizon and was friendly and patient throughout the process. He took time to answer my questions, and we worked together to find a plan that fit my budget. His manager Lulu was also great and helped review available promos and offers. Overall, a positive in-store experience!

Walked in to pick up a new 17 pro with Verizon. Walked out switching carriers. Worst service you can imagine.
