I called about getting a new SIM card, and not only did he stay open a few minutes longer to wait for me, he cut my existing card to size instead of selling me a new one (which I was ready to buy, not aware that cutting was possible), and then refused to take any money as a thank-you. It felt like he cared about helping me and made my day better. Thanks Johnny!
