Was threatened by security to leave. Showed me a picture of some homeless guy and said it was me. Pushed me out of the store then threatened to taze me.

The lady at the Samsung desk was incredibly rude to me. When I asked for help she just deadpan said "no" and the continued playing on her phone.

In my mind, Best Buy has been a great store because of customer service, people with great product knowledge and a wide variety of products. It was my first place to look at and buy electronics and appliances, but it will be a long time before I shop there again after being insulted by a series of events. I bought a laptop from Best Buy in late October and at the same time I joined their club because the salesman pointed out that Black Friday deals would be coming soon with lower prices on most items and being a club member offered me price matching for 60 days. As soon as I got home, I put the item in my cart so that they would send a notification to me of price drops. Rather than looking up the item online I just clicked on the purchase again button on my receipt and that led me to a price for the same item that was 20% lower than what I had paid. Since the price was lower, I tried to start a process online to get the price matching refund. I was unable to get the refund in chat and chat told me to call because the sku number was not the same as my purchase. Chat sent me to a phone number where there was no help other than referring me to the physical store. At the store, they looked at the same things that I viewed and told me that the reason for no refund being available was that the item I was looking at was coming from a “marketplace vendor” and that was not covered under their price matching policy so there was nothing they could do even when I spoke with a ‘manager’ and pointed out that they were losing a customer. I wound up returning the item for full credit in the store and ordered it on Amazon at a still lower price. The final, almost comical insult is that a week later, when I was checking to see specs on the computer, I saw that the computer that I returned unopened is now THIRTY PER CENT lower than what they originally charged me. That price drop is what actually made me post this series of events that resulted in Best Buy creating a lose-lose situation

Not one salesperson there acknowledged me as wandered amongst the cellphones. I was looking to make a significant purchase but apparently they weren't interested in the business. I am BIG on guest service and this Best Buy location disappointed. Sorry.
