    I went into this store, which had closed 5-10 minutes earlier, with a broken Apple cable in my hand and said, "I know you're closed, but if you have this cable in stock, I'll come back and pick it up tomorrow." All the employees were still there, but they wouldn't help me. Instead of simply saying yes or no to whether they had the cable in stock, they gave me a long explanation of why they couldn't help me and wasted my time. Because of this stupidity, I'm giving up on using all Apple devices. They are insensitive, disrespectful, and stupid. Why are you even there if you can't even answer a simple question? And why would I buy technology from someone who acts so stupidly?

    We scheduled an appointment with Apple and made it very clear—multiple times—that we needed to start on time because we were on a tight schedule. Despite this, the appointment started late, and no one was available to help us at the scheduled time. Because of the delay, we ultimately had to leave without receiving any assistance.
