I had a very disappointing experience with Apple Support regarding my iPhone 17 Pro, which is less than two months old and already experiencing issues. Instead of receiving proper help under the warranty, I was met with rude and dismissive behavior from support advisors.
One advisor even called me “stupid,” which was shocking and completely unprofessional. I followed every troubleshooting step they asked for and provided screenshots and proof of the issue. At one point they even asked me to repeatedly take photos and send updates, which felt like they were wasting my time rather than resolving the problem.
Despite the device being well within the warranty period, Apple refused to properly honor the warranty by repairing or replacing the phone. As someone who has purchased many Apple products over the years—and even as a shareholder—this level of customer service was extremely disappointing.
Apple products are expensive because people expect quality and strong customer support. Unfortunately, this experience did not reflect those standards. Unless Apple resolves this issue, I will seriously reconsider purchasing Apple products in the future.

We left a phone for a screen repair. They gave us a time to pick up. When we arrived, hours later, store was closed. The manager was still there but she didn’t want to give us the phone because system was off. We understand that mistakes happen, but she didn’t even apologize and showed any understanding.
I asked if there’s any other way to update my phone software if I don’t have enough storage and they said no. turns out you can do it via computer. The not so Genius Bar?

Had an APPOINTMENT to get my iPhone battery replaced. Every step, which included two ADDITIONAL trips back to the store after the initial appointment, was a case study in unmet assurances and poor expectations management. Just an overall dystopian customer service experience that nearly made me question my own sanity. If it’s your only option, don’t go.
