  Great experience. Patrick was very kind and helpful. If you go there to get something ask for him. He did awesome job. Me, my girlfriend and friends are happy with the purchase.

  We visited the store just to browse. A staff member approached us and commented on the products, then suddenly turned on a hair dryer and blew it directly onto my body. This was NOT an appropriate product demonstration. If anything, he could have asked me to hold out my hand. Instead, he deliberately invaded my personal space and tried to make it look like a joke. This kind of behavior is rude and unacceptable. It shows a lack of respect for customers and actively undermines the experience the store is trying to create.

  Excellent customer service. I’ve purchased several Dyson products and had an issue with one of them. I contacted customer service online and they gave me incorrect advice, which resulted in me purchasing a part I didn’t need. I was told the return period expired by the person online. I went into the Dyson store I was pleasantly greeted back Zachary. I told him my situation and he went above and beyond in helping me get the right part and making everything right. Exceeded my expectations.
