  The staff here are far more helpful than many Best Buys I've been to here in the Bay. I had some device replacements to buy for my job and was within a certain budget and the staff here helped me out all the way through. Even their Google employee was helpful. Would definitely shop here again.

  This best buy it's well underway to closing in my opinion. I came in to buy the newest Samsung ultra watch because I was sent a $50 certificate and waited for an unexaggerated 45 minutes for someone to speak to me about purchasing something. My wife flagged someone who told us to wait even more to speak to someone and after 15 minutes of waiting we left. It was after work and I was exhausted. I felt like I wasted my time. I'll only come back for Geek Squad

  They now have an AI "customer service rep" answering the phones. Completely useless, frustrating and a waste of the customer's time and the business' money. I called twice and hung up both times. The first time the AI bot couldn't understand anything I said and kept repeating "I'm sorry, I didn't get that." I tried again. It misunderstood me and started talking about credit cards. Because I do not know if the store carries what I'm looking for, I won't be traveling all the way there to find out. This is a terrible decision, hire people.

  I was sold an Xbox controller where the stick stopped working within a month. They are refusing to do an exchange or any sort of action to make it right. They basically cackled as they told me. I was stupid for not paying extra money for the " extended warranty". It's been a month since I bought it. It's completely unacceptable and I'll be doing a charge back.
