  Not happy about the attention at the Genius Bar. It felt totally scripted, prompting you to buy stuff and not fixing your problem. How come one of the main stores in the Bay Area makes such a big deal of a change of battery in an iPhone 13pro. Like, how come they do not have replacements and they do not take responsibility if the phone gets broken during the change of battery, so I am up to waiting like 7 to 10 days for the replacements to arrive (from where??? You have same day shipping to basically any location). And then prompting me to be ready in case I need to buy a new phone? Like, what the double hell? Apple customer care is not what it used to be at all. Totally dissapointed.

  I had a great experience at the Apple Store in Union Square. The staff were incredibly friendly and even let me charge my iPhone when I really needed it. The store itself is huge, modern, and beautifully designed — bright, open, and very comfortable to walk around. It’s definitely one of the nicest Apple Stores I’ve visited, both for the space and the service.

  A bad experience. I had a smooth transfer to A new phone. My last one had a charging port issue, so I opted for a new phone. Everthing went well, but Marquis kept walking away. Well before I could leave I had to erase my old phone. In order to do this I had to enter my appleID which I entered perfect. I was told by the masked man at the top of the stairs who knew nothing that in addition to the phone I just bought I’d have to buy the phone I was to turn in at full price, which was false. The trade in value was $120 which is all I would have to pay. I was furious and dropped a few F bombs, my bad. I found my way to a delightful woman at a desk who got me through a difficult process that the masked man could not. No one wants to talk to a masked person.
