  Tengo en esta compania de cricket 6 años y nunca e tenido ningún problema, asta , está fecha , 11/11/25 , fui haser mi pago en la tienda de San Fernando, apxm, las 7:30 pm , y estaban 2 muchachas y una de ellas me atendió , y me dijo que eran $ 90 dls , y le dije que porque me estaba cobrando 5 dls de más , y dijo que porque el mes pasado quedó a deber 5 dls , lo cual no es cierto y es ilógico , lo que me dijo , y le dije que me diera el recibo en papel y dijo que la máquina no tenía papel , y le dije que ,que qeria ablar con la manager, y me dijo que ellas no tenían manager, y que no tenía porque estarme dando explicaciones , todo ésto no estoy haciendo por los 5 dls , si no por la actitud de estas muchachas, qe posiblemente se lo están haciendo a más gente y nadie les pone un alto .

  Been paying my bill here for 7 months now. Sometimes they charge me $5 extra for going in and not thru app. Sometimes they don't. I guess depends upon their moods. Last time I went in 2 guys sitting at counter chatting up the company representative (people forget that's what you are when working) They weren't buying just socializing so I had to wait 5 minutes for them to pause and actually work. I stand at counter, about 2 feet from rep on the other side and give my number to pull up my bill. However the radio is blasting so loud I had to repeat it 3 times til she could hear. No, music never was lowered. Needed my PIN to verify account, HOWEVER the thirsty dudes were blocking access to machine so I had to say it out LOUD over music. Then because they charged me $5 extra this month for all of MY inconvenience they didn't have change to break a $20!!! So I suggested waving the surcharge but do you think that happened? Nah, we had to get another rep from outside the store to make change. And suddenly they could break a $20. Please open a store in New Hall but don't transfer any "workers" from here to there.*****EDIT**** the company response is to troll their customer?? How you see 4 star review or anything positive from my review of the interactions at your location?? Cricket will be receiving this review and your response Monday.
