- ACAmber Castro-WaldekMar 5, 20265.0The one experience I had with this VCA was very positive. Our dog's suffering worsened substantially Friday night into Saturday morning, when our normal VCA was closed. Not wanting to prolong his suffering any longer and knowing it would be the last time both my partner and I could be with him at the same time, we determined it was the right time to allow him to pass peacefully. The vet on duty was very compassionate, and reassured us that this choice was a reasonable decision given his state. He clearly communicated what he would be doing, how our dog would feel and react, and gave us the time we needed to say goodbye. When his remains were returned to us, we received several items to remember him by. I want to thank everyone here for helping us through one of the worst days of our life with care and compassion.

He’s always straight forward with what we actually need to do. Would definitely recommend, you can trust him with your fur babies.
