- CCcharotylasso4 days ago5.0I have taken too long to write this. Dr. Melanie Benz is absolutely incredible. She will take the time to answer any questions you might have, she is honest, caring and always available. I hope you never have to see her, but if you have a pet with cancer, she is the best in my book. Our Reeve is still doing amazing after completing her chemo early last year. I know the cancer will probably come back and take her at some point, but for now we are enjoying every minute with our beautiful Reeve
- DDDonovanApr 8, 20265.0I’m not sure why the Google rating isn’t higher, because we’ve honestly had wonderful experiences at this VCA location. Our baby girl, Nestle, was diagnosed with lymphoma in May '25 and completed a full round of CHOP treatment here. Unfortunately, she returned for a second round about a month ago. Dr. Benz and the nurses (Ashley, Gemma, and Alex) all love and care so much about her. Even though Nestle gets scared and anxious during visits, she seems comfortable going to the backroom with them, which means a lot to us. My wife and I truly feel she is in great hands with the oncology team. Dr. Benz is incredibly kind and empathetic, always providing thorough updates and answering all of our questions. Even the front desk team, especially Sherrie, who we deal with the most, is friendly and always welcoming. We are very grateful for the care and compassion they have shown our family.

We have been calling over and over trying to get results for my cat and am constantly told the doctor is out of the office or he is busy etc....how many messagaes do we need to leave for you to call me back and give me results that are now 3 months old!!!!! You claimed due to the holidays it would take 5 weeks. What is the excuse? Should we make an appointment to get the doctors time AGAIN?!?!?!?
