  10 Stars if possible. I wanted to thank Dr Washneck and the VCA nurse team for the outstanding help with my cat. First off this place was awesome all the nurses were friendly and VERY VERY HELPFUL. They fixed my kitty right up. When it came time for meds, The nurses took the time to answer all of my questions and they taught me how to administer the medicine to my cat, Walked me through it and told me if I need help call them anytime. I just want VCA and DR to know I am very greatful for the level of care my cat received. Dr Washneck is an amazing person and a great Vet! My kitty is move around great and happier than ever.

  First time here, puppy got hit by a car and they were super helpful to assess and refer us quickly to another hospital to get puppy help!

  Not open during posted hours, called the number on the building "we don't communicate with that location", called the google maps phone number, no answer. Looks like there is a non VCA option that is picking up the phone and is open. Never going to VCA again.

  I took my dog here for an “urgent care” matter, by recommendation from my regular vet. I needed to have him seen today because I was leaving town in 5 days, so I wanted to make sure he was seen by a Veterinarian. Also, because I was certain, with his issue, he would need an antibiotic, which he did. I must say, the Veterinarian and the staff was absolutely professional, and took care of my little pup with great compassion and care, for a reasonable fee. We had to wait because there was an emergency that happened at the same time we got there; but they made our wait very comfortable. I would not hesitate to bring my dog here again if I had to.

  I took my dog to the VCA Emergency Vet and I was recommended to go to the Urgent Care instead because there was a shorter wait and my dog really should be evaluated. I was given information to register online for the virtual cue. I waited at home for 3hrs. I checked our spot in the cue and it said 30min so I headed to the office. Once we arrived the cue then said 1hr30min wait time. I checked in inside anyway and was told “it’s going to be a bit of a wait there’s a few ahead of you” Okay fine but then another dog owner showed up with the exact same story; the cue told her she had 10min left and then it said 2+hrs once she arrived. The young woman at the front proceeds to tell us that the virtual wait system is glitching and it has been giving out inaccurate wait times. No offense I understand that the pets are seen based on severity of injury/illness, but if your virtual wait system is knowingly inaccurate then why is it still being utilized? It should be deactivated until corrected so that people aren’t sitting and waiting for hours only to arrive and be told the time given was inaccurate and you have to wait 2 more hrs
