I took it in and Caleb was able to clear it out immediately with one of their tools. He was very helpful and very friendly. I’d recommend this location on service alone.

There was only one other person in the store already waiting for his phone to be finished and the employee didn’t even say welcome in, it will be a few minutes, or anything like that. Just a mean look and purposely avoiding contact. Go spend your $1200 at the Apple Store and avoid this place!

The person working also did not have access to their safe so we kept having to sit and wait for someone else in the store to give them the access. We came back for the "free" iPad they ordered for us a few days later which they apparently sold to another customer and it took 30 minutes to resolve that. Now they're calling us telling us they made a mistake with billing and we need to come back to the store to resolve. Absolutely crazy. Awful experience all around.
