We came to switch from another provider to Verizon, which is the most profitable business for any provider and we had a terrible experience. It took 1.5h first time . The staff is unprofessional , their systems don’t work. They have to ask one another for some codes and information all the time. Second time we came to pick up iPad and it was another disaster. It was assigned for someone else and then the Same ordeal: nothing works , they couldn’t create an invoice for taxes for 30 mins. Never coming here again. Avoid at all cost.

We signed up as new customers based on two specific promotions we were offered, and after countless hours on the phone with customer service and the store manager (who was then moved to another store mid-issue), we still have received zero resolution or follow up from anyone. Verizon has now informed us that this store is actually owned by a third-party franchise, and because of that, they are unable to honor the promotions we were promised when we signed up. This is extremely concerning, it feels deceptive and unethical to present promotions to secure new customers and then disappear once the sale is made. Practices like this should absolutely be investigated, because customers should not be misled or taken advantage of just to boost commission.
