We came in about 30/35 mins before closing time and we didn’t think we would get help (which we were fine with we knew we came late but just wanted to see.) Sarah was a big help with my husband and I on transferring our phone services and also getting new phones for an awesome deal. She was patient with us and so helpful she stayed past closing/her off time just to meet our needs. She also helped us with getting new screen protectors and phone cases for a great deal. We gave her our budget and what exactly we wanted and she worked through all of it and def met our expectations. Thank you Sarah for your kindness and your patience with us. We don’t come across a lot of workers who has her work ethic so we were definitely pleased.

Dismissed me when another guest walked in as if my service didn’t matter. He should not be a manager I’m a serially considering never coming back to Verizon because of Shawn. If his job is to make his customers have a bad day and switch services then it worked
